Mobile Banking

Mobile Banking allows you to enjoy real-time access to your accounts anywhere at any time while you are on the go.  We offer two ways of mobile banking:  Text Banking or by using our Mobile App for iPhone, iPad, or Android device.  It is free*, easy, safe and secure.  You must be a current online banking customer. To access simply login to Online Banking (OLB) at www.fmbanknow.com by choosing My Profile >> Mobile Banking >> and complete Enroll a Mobile Device for Mobile Banking >> View Terms and Conditions >> Agree.  You are now able to check balances, review activity, transfer funds, pay bills, and deposit checks directly from your mobile phone or iPad.

TEXT BANKING

Use F&M Bank’s Text Banking to request information about your accounts.  No smartphone is required.  Simply text 49794 and we will text you back with the requested information.  You must be currently enrolled in OLB.  To enroll simply login to OLB at www.fmbanknow.com and select My Profile >> Mobile Banking >> Text Banking ACTIVATE NOW.  Once enrolled, you can text the letter  C   to 49794 for a list of commands.

F&M Bank’s Online Banking has several levels of security. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers as well as providing you with competitive products and services to meet your financial needs.  We’ve instituted policies, procedures, employee training, and communication programs designed for the sole purpose of protecting your information. Rest assured knowing that F&M Bank’s Mobile Banking provides the same level of security as our Online Banking.  No sensitive data is stored on your mobile phone.  Please view our Privacy & Security tab.

*There is no monthly service charge for Electronic Banking services. However, depending on how you access Electronic Banking services you might incur charges for wireless  carrier fees, Internet service provider fees, normal account fees and service charges, purchase of computer programs, payments or transfers made in excess of transaction limitations (see your account disclosures).
